Invoices are raised once jobs have been completed. They show details of the work carried out along with the price and your reference, load or purchase order number. We can produce a single invoice per job or list all work carried out on a single invoice (weekly bill) Invoices can be sent but most are e-mailed. We are striving towards the day when all invoices and supporting documentation is sent electronically in accordance with our paperless philosophy.
We are happy to accommodate specific invoicing requirements, such as producing and sending them in a requested format to bulk document processing systems. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Any proof of delivery documentation relating to the work carried out can be attached to the invoice if required. Alternatively electronic copies of these can be provided as needed since all delivery notes are scanned and stored in our sophisticated document management system. Click here for more information.
